“Whatever you do, do it well” – this is the English equivalent to the Wolmer’s Trust Schools’ Latin motto, Age Quod Agis. It has been my mantra since I graduated as I seek to abide in excellence throughout my life. Entering grade 10, I recognized the true passion I had for Mathematics although I always had an interest in the subject. I had a CXC Mathematics teacher whose passion for the subject was very contagious. Having an almost similar encounter with Economics, I enjoyed exploring these two subject areas. As such, I got interested to study these subject models and their evolving relationship with the world of Finance. This encouraged my pursuit of Banking and Finance and Management Studies at the University of the West Indies. To strike my balance, I enjoy exploring Jamaica to appreciate its best offerings of food and excursions. One day, I would like to tour Europe, South America and Asia. I always aim to inspire others to be the best version of themselves.
